Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Robnur AI. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites (including https://robnur.com/) and apps, including Verbena AI Keyboard (the “App”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1) Eligibility & Account
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. Some features may require creating an account or granting necessary device permissions (e.g., Full Access for keyboard functionality on iOS). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
2) Subscriptions & Billing
We offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions for Verbena AI Keyboard (collectively, “Verbena Pro”). The current offerings include:
- Verbena Pro Monthly — 1 month, typically $3.99 (price may vary by region and currency).
- Verbena Pro Yearly — 1 year, typically $39.99 (price may vary by region and currency).
Prices are displayed in-app and in your local currency where available. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes/App Store account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the then-current period.
Manage or Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
Trials & Promotions: If a free trial or promotional price is offered, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the regular price unless canceled before the end of the trial period.
Refunds: Purchases are generally non-refundable. For purchases made via Apple’s App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple.
3) License & EULA
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Use of the App obtained through Apple’s App Store is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Violating applicable laws or rights of others;
- Uploading or transmitting malware, exploits, or unauthorized code;
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our services;
- Generating or sharing illegal, harmful, or abusive content (including hate speech, harassment, or sexual content involving minors);
- Automating high-volume requests or scraping without permission;
- Impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation of affiliation.
5) AI Features & Content
The App provides AI-assisted text features (e.g., polishing, rewriting, email drafting). AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs at your own discretion. Do not rely on AI for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for information on data handling, including any data that may be processed to provide AI functionality. Where possible, we minimize data collection and avoid storing personal content.
6) Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate or interoperate with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics, AI model providers). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party actions or content.
7) Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including content, trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Robnur AI or our licensors. Except for the license expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.
8) Disclaimers
The services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Robnur AI or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robnur AI and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, but Sections 7–12 survive.
12) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in your local region, unless otherwise required by law.
